We are delighted to welcome Johnny McEvoy for his first performance in The Grainstore. This nostalgic evening of song and story features all of Johnny's many hit songs, including Muirsin Durkan, Boston Burglar, Those Brown Eyes, and Long Long Before Your Time. His songs are haunting, evocative and beautifully presented in folk and ballad style.

Equinox with Majorie Barnes

The Grainstore is delighted to be part of the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival for the first time and to present an exclusive performance by Equinox, a jazz quintet based in the Netherlands, featuring veteran American vocalist Marjorie Barnes. Born and raised in New York City, Marjorie Barnes has done it all from jazz to soul, R&B, Broadway and back. In a long and varied career, she has sung with legends such as Frank Sinatra, Lena Horne, Mel Lewis and many others.

Skylight - Screening

Bill Nighy, Carey Mulligan and Matthew Beard appear in the West End production of David Hare’s Skylight, directed by Stephen Daldry, which was recorded live in London's Wyndham’s Theatre in July of this year. We present it on a screen in The Grainstore.
