Lazy Sundays at Ballymaloe House

Relax and enjoy a lazy Sunday at Ballymaloe House.

Check in on Sunday afternoon, relax by the log fire and take a stroll around the gardens before enjoying our traditional Allen Family Sunday buffet dining experience.

Our traditional Sunday buffet night dinner consists of a wide selection of fish and meat patés, shellfish (clams, cockles, mussels, crab, shrimps and lobster as available), locally smoked fish (eel, mackerel, salmon), home-produced vegetable salads and freshly cooked local meats (beef, pork, turkey, ham, lamb, ox tongue etc)

Irelands Ancient East at Ballymaloe House

Ballymaloe House is built onto an historic Norman keep and the house itself is steeped in history. Jane Hayter-Hames’s book 'The History of a Place and its People' explores the history of the house and its people - Jane's book is available at the Ballymaloe Shop by post here
