We are delighted to announce that Darina Allen's latest book '30 Years at Ballymaloe' was awarded The 'Avonmore Cookbook of the Year' award at the Irish Book Awards last night.Darina's book celebrates her 30 years at Ballymaloe Cookery School which first opened it's doors to students in 1983, at which time there were 15 cookery courses available.
