Join Philip Dennhardt at Ballymaloe Cookery school at 2.30pm and enjoy a three-hour masterclass where you will be brought through all the basics of Pizza making, (choosing ingredients, making dough, getting the best results from your oven and so forth) as he explains how to create both traditional and contemporary pizzas. We’re talking everything from the classics (Margherita, Pepperoni and Calzone) to modern gourmet masterpieces - 

As Philip will, in essence, be cooking pizzas for the duration of the class, there will be a lot of sampling so we advise not eating a large lunch beforehand! 

Following Philip's Pizza class, check in to Ballymaloe House and later that evening enjoy a 5 course dinner in the wonderful surroundings of the house & gardens.
