One-night B&B and dinner at Ballymaloe House and a Discovering Tapas half day course at The Ballymaloe Cookery School (the afternoon demonstration is from 1 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday 21st November – lunch is included) from €295.00 per person sharing

Check in to your comfortable country house room at Ballymaloe House and spend the afternoon relaxing at the house or enjoy exploring our farm, gardens or East Cork coast by walking the cliff walk in the nearby picturesque fishing village of Ballycotton.

Sip an aperitif by the fire in our Drawing room that evening before our leisurely five course dinner. Wake up Thursday morning to the peaceful sounds of the countryside and our award winning Irish breakfast.  Head to the Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Shanagarry, 4 km from Ballymaloe House, to check in by 1 pm, for a light lunch followed by intensive demonstration on the art of Tapas making. The unique combination of taste and convenience make Tapas perfect for home entertaining. There are literally hundreds of Tapas, so for this course, Darina Allen has chosen some of her favourites, which she has collected during her visits to Spain over the years.
