Written by our Head Chef JR Ryall and published by Phaidon Press a debut cookbook, held the launch event at the Ballymaloe Grainstore on Sunday 11th September 2022.

The dazzling event hosted by Ballymaloe House Hotel was as delectable as the book's recipes, where over 200 guests, many of whom travelled from the UK, Dublin and Belfast, were treated to delicious canapes and a selection of amazing desserts. Cliodhna Prendergast, the books photographer, Sarah Johnson from Spring in London, Darina and Rachel Allen, Ali Dunworth, Rory O'Connell, Arun Kapil and Caroline Hennessy were amongst the food loving friends of JR's to attend.

This event is the kick off for JR's international book tour. He will be in London and Chicago in September and New York and Toronto in October. Follow @jrryall to keep up to date with his news and travels #BallymaloeDessertsBook
